Hello,
I have a LENOVO : YOGA 900 13ISK
OS Windows 10 Pro
Graphic card: Intel HD Graphics 520 driver Intel 20.19.15.4364
Generic PnP Monitor Microsoft 10.0.16299.15
Default resolution: 3200 x 1800
That I am using with Oracle VirtualBox Version 5.2.0 r118431 (Qt5.6.2)
On this host I installed : Guest SLES 12 SP 3 / 64 bit
with virtualbox guest tools.
I cannot have a normal resolution in the guest, only have one resolution available (800x400?), whatever I do on the host. I tried:
- install guest tools
- deactivate the Graphic card
- scale factor on both guest (100% --> 200%) and host (250% --> 100%)
- resolution on host (3200x1800 --> less resolution)
etc.
Please can you help me ?
The main problem is that in the VM, some pop up or some windows are bigger than the desktop size, there are partially out of the screen.
==> I cannot access to the bottom of some windows, I cannot resize, and at the end I cannot see the OK / Cancel buttons.
Thanks in advance !

Re: Linux SLES with Hi Resolution screen is not working
Hi mpack,
I just tried with 5.2.2 and guest add on, the problem related to the resolution is still present.
What is strange is that in the x11 folder, I don’t have the x11.conf file
Thanks in advance

Moving to "Linux Guests" from "Windows Guests". Your host is Windows, your guest is SUSE.
