Hi,
My host system is: windows 10 64-bit, i use virtual box 5.2.0, after install SUSE 12 sp3, the resolution is only 640x480. i try to install the guest system, but not successful, got following message:

after i press Return, the terminal window just close and nothing happened, i tried VBoxGuestAdditions.iso and also VBoxGuestAdditions_5.2.1-118918.iso, but all not working.
did somebody met the same problem? or any suggestions? thanks in advance!

Your problem may be different but when installing Guest Additions for Oracle Linux 7.4 I experienced problems with 5.2 and its corresponding guest additions. I was able to get it working by downgrading the guest additions to 5.1.30. Probably not a good long term solution since they should be a matched set but it did seem to work after that.
