my windows VM's all have a connection but my Linux one does not
Am happy to give extra details once am home from work tomorrow
Extra detail: My pc runs windows 10 and is 64bit(specs intel i5 4460 8gb ram and a gtx 1050 Asus expedition 2gb, I don't know if specs would matter)

Was this guest an import from a different hypervisor, like hyper-v, Etc?

The network seems to be set to use pcnet which would be wrong for this guest and I also see some extradata setting/s that would also cause the adapter to fail.

Post the guests *.vbox file ( compressed and as an attachment ) so we can verify this.

Woould be helpful if you had answered the other questions. Try changing the adapter you have set to use Nat Networking to just use Nat and see if that helps.
