Problems installing Ubuntu. No bootable medium found.

HI, everyone
I'm new in here and I have got a problem while instilling Ubuntu,
this massage appeared on my screen FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted
Somebody please help me :(

Djan,
I split your post from the completely unrelated 64-bit Win10 host running 32-bit WinXP guest. Sound stutters unless I don't use GA, but then.... Please do not hijack other users' threads.

You sound like a fairly new user to VirtualBox. Since you are expected to know some basic terms before we engage in a meaningful discussion, I would suggest to start by reading three small chapters from the User Manual:
