KDE Neon stopped working after 5.9.5 update

I've got Neon installed on Virtualbox 5.1.20. There was update yesterday and after that plasma stopped working. It boots to black screen with mouse cursor without any message. I've tried to burn VDI into hdd and it boots ok on physical PC. Can I somehow diagnose why it isn't working?
