I am experiencing very long load time with Kali 32x on my VM can Anyone help.?
Running on a dell studio 1535 with windows 7 64x OS, cpu is a core 2 duo.

You need to free up some host RAM before this can become practical. I'm also not sure that "Other Linux" was the correct choice of template.
Try to free up some host RAM, increase graphics RAM in the VM to 48MB, enable I/O APIC, enable VT-x, and actually install the guest OS to a hard disk - don't continue running it in live CD mode. You may need to add a hard disk to the VM recipe. Then install the Guest Additions (details in user manual).
Also: not a "Windows Hosts" question, as the question discussed nothing which is peculiar to a Windows Host. Moving topic to "Linux Guests".
