(sorry about my english)
I have a guest with RedHat EL 5.
When I start it, after few seconds this message is shown.
Kernel panic - not syncing nmi watchdog
I googled a by 2 days and no answer, any help?
I have VirtualBox 5.1.8.
I'm attaching the log and screenshot.

Your guest VM seems to be pretty big for your host.
You have 4.9G free RAM at the start of the guest which you have assigned 4GB.
Also you assign both physical CPU cores to the guest which leaves the host no free core to handle the guest.
Please try to reconfigure the guest with just 1 CPU and 2-3GB RAM for a test.
