I run VirtualBox on Mac and Windows, and for some reason I can't port forward 6379 to 6379. When I telnet into redis the connection just hangs. However, if I change the host port to 6380, 16379, or anything other than 6379, it works fine.
Is this a bug in VirtualBox? Is it no longer allowed for the guest and host port to be the same?
