VirtualBox only emulates wired connections, not wireless connections.
What are you trying to achieve?

I don't understand the point of your screenshot. As I said, there are no wireless connections in VirtualBox.
If you need to connect to a wireless network in the VM, you will need to attach a USB Wifi dungle for its exclusive use.

Just to add to what noteirak already said, virtual machines don't have virtual wireless cards sending and receiving virtual wireless signals. All guests are essentially "wired" to the host. It doesn't matter if the host is connected by Ethernet or wirelessly, A guest will say it is using a wired connection.

Are you having a problem connecting to the internet? If the setting for the guest in the VirtualBox Network setting is set to NAT or Bridged you should be able to connect. If you have a different problem please explain further.

OK Let's cut to the chase. If you are wanting to perform wireless pen testing you will need to run kali on metal or you are going to need to use a USB wifi adapter and pass that through to the guest. You will need at this point to disable the VirtualBox network because it will get in the way and cause issues. Remember kali supports specific wifi adapters and you need to find one that they support or it is all just a waste of time.
