The problem has been there for years: Whenever you try to put an Ubuntu guest 12.04 (guest additions installed) in seamless mode on a Win7 host (Home Premium 64 bit), the window of the guest instead becomes full screen and thus overlay anything else running on the same screen, which is not what you need or expect.
I remember some years ago that Virtualbox admitted there was a problem and stated that it would be fixed in a later release. However, that was perhaps four years ago. Is there really still no solution to this problem, or perhaps a workaround?

Update 27-05-2015:
It has now been 9 days and there are no replies.
Can anyone at least confirm that they have the same issue?
And where does one report it as a bug, if it is not just me having this problem?
