cannot rename partial file

I use Linux Mint 17.1, and try to copy a file from a samba mount to a shared folder (shared by Virtualbox to have it available on the Windows 7 Host). Dolphin copies the file, but if it tries to rename it (from xxx.xls.part to xxx.xls), an error message appears: Could not rename partial file xxx.xls.part. Pllease check permissions.
Permissions on the destination folder (shared folder) are: user: root group vboxfs.
When I rename it manually, all works fine. Also copying from aa local folder works fine.

Can you help me, please?
