OK, I'm obviously a VB newb, but while I was able to find the correct DL for the VB host program for Windows, I can't seem to find where to DL the Linux Guest Additions. Specifically I'm looking for RHEL or CentOS...

The location of the additions.iso depends on your host, not guest.
Location:
* Linux Host /opt/VirtualBox-1.4.0/additions/ABoxGuestAdditions.iso
* Windows Host C:\Program files\InnoTek VirtualBox
Installing the additions will have dependencies that vary by guest.
INSTALL THE ADDITIONS ON THE GUEST NOT THE HOST
