It is working fine for me so far with KDE desktop environment. I haven't tried it with Gnome yet but I understand there is a big improvement there too.

I just tried to install Guest Additions under virtualbox 4.1.16 with the current Fedora 17 release and hit the "Unable to find sources of your current Linux kernel" error. Not really sure what to do next!
