Install Ubuntu7.04 (Grub shall be installed where?)

Hi, all. I am newby to VirtualBox. I am currently trying to install Ubuntu7.04 in a virtual disk created via the virtualBox. everything is smooth except when I reach the stage whether to proceed permanently or not, I had a question about where the Grub should be installed. It says hd0 in teh advance tab.

Does it mean Grub will be installed only in the virtual disk even for hd0 of ethvirtual disk not teh hd0 of teh PC. As I don not want Grub to replace VISTA's (host) boot loader.

It will ONLY replace the one on the virtual disk. It will NOT affect your main PC bootloader at all!!
