says that kernels 2.6.18 have a race condition, that may prevent those OSes from booting as guests.
There are plenty of distros suffering from this problem, including Debian 4.0, openSUSE 10.2, ...

Please give us, users, more information about that issue, and to what it is related, to CPU, to Hard Disk, to what... ? and why it works fine on real hardware ?
