unable to start ubuntu on virtualbox after VirtualBox 7.0

hi,
I am unable to start Ubuntu on Virtualbox. getting kernel panic error. Here are the attached logs.

Try 2 CPU cores? (not more).

Also you have Hyper-v enabled, which typically conflicts with VirtualBox. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).

Please zip the log next time, and/or don't grab it while VirtualBox is still running. I say this because the provided log is incomplete.

I've been having this problem since upgrading to 7.0 as well. I have a test Neon VM that boots fine until I upgrade it. I restored a clone of it and upgraded everything except grub-theme-breeze, and it boots fine, but after upgrading that one package, it freezes again.


Here's my log after upgrading and rebooting to a frozen boot.
