I am trying to access red hat (64) operating system on my windows 11 pc.
Earlier, it was working fine for me with 1 processor and 4096mb base memory when my OS was windows 10.
Post upgrade I can see the issue while accessing virtual box.
When I start the VM, I'm getting some kernel panic error
I cannot use 2 processor, as my laptop has 2 cores only.
It has worked well with 1 core, but it seems like the issue is with windows 11.
I have not made any changes in the laptop , just upgraded it to W11

Please provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
Agreed, there is no good solution to that problem. However my own preference in that situation would be to give 2 cores to the VM after all, and just try not to have both host and guest busy at the same time.I cannot use 2 processor, as my laptop has 2 cores only.

Hyper-V is enabled on the host.
2 processors in a VM on a Hyper-V-enabled host has been seen to stop the kernel panic. If two processors doesn't do it, please zip & post another log.
Your CPU has two hyperthreaded cores, just like my laptop, and I run 2-processor VMs just fine. Just do like Mpack says, don't try to have the host and the VM both go full throttle down the trench to keep the fighters off their tails.Host CPU settings:
