error notification when 2 users are logged in VM at the same time

Host & guest OS : Debian 11 / Gnome
VirtualBox 6.1.38

I have 2 users, and noticed that whenever a second user logs in while the first one is still logged in (i.e., by doing « switch user »), I get the following notification :

VBoxClient: Failed to register resizing support, rc=VERR_RESOURCE_BUSY

and the mouse behaves erratically (it doesn't click at the right place).

If only 1 user is logged in everything works fine.
