In the setting of VM, under the System/Processor, I found it doesn't allow us to enable the Nested VT-x/AMD-V which is needed for running qemu inside the VM to get KVM support.
Please help to fix this issue.
I'm using 6.1.36 VBox on a AMD 5800x Windows 11 machine.

But even though the VM has the Nested VT-x/AMD-V flag enabled, but in the Linux VM, we still can't see the svm flag from /proc/cpuinfo, why?
