SETUP:
1) I have installed Virtualbox 6.1.22 on Windows 10 host machine. I have created a Ubuntu 5.8.0 guest VM.
ISSUE:
I shut down my VM and increased the disk size from 10GB to 60GB as 10GB was not insufficient. After this, the VM is not restarting. After showing a progress circle with Ubuntu name in the background, the screen is blanking out.
Please help in debugging this issue.

Re: VM not starting after resizing disk size
No backup I suppose.
The log provided seems to show a VM booting normally, e.g. it loads the Guest Additions. It is then shut down after 16 minutes run time.
There have been bugs fixed recently that can lead to black screen on Ubuntu. I suggest that you upgrade to 6.1.26.

Re: VM not starting after resizing disk size
Thank you @mpack.
My bad, I did not take a backup before resizing the disk space.
I updated VM Manager to 6.1.26 as you suggested. But, it did not resolve the issue.
While debugging, I observed that GA version is 6.1.22. So, I delete the GA from the VM and tried to restart. But, no luck (Logs says "vboxguest: Successfully loaded version 6.1.22 r144080")

Re: VM not starting after resizing disk size
Looking again at your log I see that a snapshot is being used. Resizing a VM that uses snapshots is... problematic. I hope you read the FAQ first: How to resize a Virtual Drive.
It would help if you clarified what exactly you enlarged. E.g. did you enlarge every element of the chain, per the FAQ, or did you perhaps ignore the snapshot chain and only enlarge the oldest element, i.e. the base of the chain?
