Ubuntu is stuck on splash screen
I had ran program when ubuntu alerted me of low disk space. I tried to continue so I could fix it but the my ubuntu froze. So I shutdown the machine without saving state and now I boot ubuntu it is stuck on the splash screen. I will attach a zip for the logs. Any help is much appreciated.

Ubuntu is known to boot to a black screen if the OS runs out of disk space, on real PCs as well as VMs. Web-search Ubuntu's help channels how to fix it.
