I am having the same issue and I still couldn't fix it

Split off because the VM is apparently Ubuntu, so it goes in Linux Guests, not Windows Guests.
You have Guest Additions installed, good. I see the size change attempts. I think your 30MB video memory ought to be OK without 3D acceleration enabled, but max that video memory slider and try again.
