vboxusers group is missing

vboxusers group is missing
I just created a CentOS 7 VM using virtualbox 6.1.16 and installed the extension pack. The vboxusers group does not exist. Is there a manual step to create it?

The vboxusers group is created when VirtualBox is installed on the Host System, but not on Host Operating Systems that don't need it, e.g. Windows/MacOS. What is your Host System?
Afterthought Edit: Ae you confusing membership of the 'vboxusers group' with the 'vboxsf group', which is needed for using shared folders on Linux Guests after installing Guest Additions on a Linux Virtual Machine?
