Hi
I try to start a Debian 10.6 guest (and other linux guests like Debian 10.x before 10.6 and ubuntu 18.04 with virtual box 6.1.14 r140239 (Qt5.6.3) on macosx 10.15.7 (19H2). While starting the guest crashes. Some months ago every thing went well. Probably I updated virtual box in between.

First try: Could you try disabling the Audio settings in your Debian VM settings. This seems to be a recurrent problem following recent MacOS 'Upgrades'
If that works, then try re-enabling the Audio settings and test again after the next VirtualBox Update.
