MacOS High Sierra staying at blank, grey screen

Hi,
I'm having this one issue that's really annoying me right now.
So I've setup my Virtual Machine, got an ISO, left enough resources and ram but when I launch my VM it's staying at a grey screen while I can move my cursor. For a split second it showed the welcome screen but then it went back to the grey one.

Please help! I've attached some logs
