Seems that like would satisfy the EULA.
Say I have VB installed on a real mac, and am running Windows 10 as the guest. Then in that guest I install VB and run an OS X guest. Can I get support here? If not why, not?

What about Nested Virtualization: OS X guest inside Windows 10 guest on real Apple hardware?

Yes, it would satisfy the Apple EULA, if you can prove what the physical hardware is. But, I don't know why you wouldn't just create the OS X VM directly on the Apple host, so that doubt would certainly figure in the calculation.
