OSX Catalina terrible mouse+keyboard lag

Post by pazzoide »

Hi, I have installed Catalina on Linux Mint 19 on a iMac late 2012. Some time after the login the mouse start freezing for seconds and the keyboard freezes too, making it unusable. Only thing I can do is kill the guest machine.

I'm sending the log to help me out, I don't see anything special in it.

Don't see the log. zip and post it using the forum's Upload Attachment tab (not a third-party site).

I need to change my standard disclaimer just to cover your case... Usually people come with non-Apple-hardware and they're trying to run Hackintosh on their PCs. And that's not supported, threads get locked, etc, etc...

However you do have a Mac, and that doesn't apply to you. What does apply however is that you're trying to run a Hackintosh on your Mac. And that's not supported, your thread gets locked, etc, etc...

Moving to "OSX Guests" from "Linux Hosts".
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.
