[Solved] Restore fails OSX Guest on OSX Host "LoadExec failed for 'pgm'..."

I'm running fully patched Mojave (10.14.6).
I had a fresh OSX install (also Mojave) working to allow tests of software installs.
This afternoon I started it up and got repeated failures:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine osx_install_target

Failed to load unit 'pgm' (VERR_PGM_PHYS_PAGE_RESERVED).

Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}
To fit into the 128k limit, I had to edit down the log and zip it. Most of it was a dump of the 'pgm' module, and that's what I cut out (leaving the beginning and end).

I had bulky apps running on my Mac host, but now I've shut them down and I still get this error.
I don't actually remember how I got this thing working, so I'm hoping someone can help me recover it.

Thanks in advance!

Got my virtual machine back by hitting force quit while the virtual machine was in the initial phase of boot. The next start brought things back OK.
