I have a really important project coming up that requires me to use Virtual Machines. However, the machines I need to run are making my MacBook so slow and almost unresponsive. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro, 8GB RAM and 128GB HDD running 10.14.3 Mojave.
Was wondering if anyone knew how to make my Virtual Machines run a lot smoother and not cause my Mac to become very slow.
Thanks!

Not with the information given, no. We don't even know what the guest is, what its settings are, what you've tried, what has failed.
