I feel like this mess that's held together with bits of string and gum is just useful enough to have its own thread.
[ModEdit; URL removed]- Semi-automatic installation script for macOS Mojave guest on Windows, Linux
This script uses only open-source software and Apple binaries and installs macOS Mojave 10.14.2 semi-automatically. There are minimal, easy-to-install dependencies (VirtualBox≥5.2 with Extension Pack, Bash≥4, unzip, wget (on Windows through Cygwin) dmg2img (downloaded it automatically on Windows)) and I think it's better than using closed-source mysterious third-party downloaders, installers, boot-loaders, and kexts.

Unfortunately OSX guests are only supported on Apple hardware, which is something that you or your intended audience does not have. See: Important notice regarding Mac OS X as Guest.img2tab wrote:Semi-automatic installation script for macOS Mojave guest on Windows, Linux
