Macbook Pro 2018 (Coffee Lake) won't boot Guest

Hi this past week I purchased the new MacBook Pro 2018 with Touch Bar (the 6 core base 15" model that was announced around 2 weeks ago) and I noticed that when I try to create a MacOS vm (doesn't matter which version as i've tried multiple) they all seem to either show a Circle with a line through it (forbidden symbol) or just show the UEFI Interactive Shell, they never boot the installation disk’s. I tried everything I could find online but after testing Virtual-box & Parallels Desktop and getting the same thing on both of them I guessed it might be this machine specifically (given it’s new and you really never know what to expect with new apple hardware) so I decided to see if the problem would persist on my MacBook Air / iMac & my MacBook 12" all on the latest version of High Sierra they seem to be fine they booted the MacOS Install guest VM quite fine. is this a known issue? or something I can possibly submit info about so it could be fixed because I bought this mac with the sole purpose of running multiple VM's on the go given its power. what’s interesting is I followed the official guides on all both official websites and even weirder is the fact that Parallels Desktop has a wizard specifically that handles the entire creation of the Mac Guest and did the exact same thing VirtualBox did. Please forgive my typo's as english isn't my first language. Thanks

Apple's OS doesn't particularly like hardware that it wasn't written for. Your Mac/CPU is way too new to run older OSX versions. What you could try and do is to fake the CPU of your VM by issuing the command:
  •
    VBoxManage modifyvm "<VM name>" --cpu-profile "Intel Core i7-6700K"

tried that but the issue still persist, it's weird because High Sierra (10.13.6) was designed for the hardware? and i've gotten it to work on VMWare Fusion. It's not the end of the world but i wonder when this issue will get fixed considering it's pretty major (for me at-least I certainly can't speak for everyone) to have an entire line of notebooks not be able to run a MacOS Guest? unless of-course its something in terms of configuration i'm not doing well

How exactly did you create the VMs? What did you use as your boot media? Where did you get the boot media from? I would like complete details...
