panic error Mac os Sierra on ubuntu host

Hello.
I'm getting kernel panics running a MacOS Sierra 10.12 final VM on a linux mint 18 64bit host (kernel release : 4.13.0-45-generic, ).
My Virtualbox is Version 5.1.34_Ubuntu r121010.
when the VM starts i get this error (see attachment) : panic (cpu 0 caller 0*ffffff8005b430d6) : "zone_init : kmem_suballoc failes "@/library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Source/xnu/xnu-3789.12/osfmk/kern/zalloc.c:2149"
log and the screenshot are in the attachment .
