Connecting a USB flash drive

Hi guys, I've got my MacOS 10.12 virtual machine set up on VBox 5.1.22, but I can't seem to get a USB drive to work. I've tried setting up filters and installing extension packs but nothing works, please help me out. Thanks guys

Please provide a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
