not a new pt entry

i downloaded a mac OSX iso on [Mod edit: URL removed] i tried to install it on virtual box but every time it comes up with the 'not a new pt entry' massage and sends me into the mac shell. non of the commands works and the shell shows there are no hard disk which is a lie since i created an vdi. could some mac genius help me pls.

OSX installs are only supposed to be distributed by Apple only, I removed the URL.

What's your computer and current OS? What OSX version did you try to install? I'm asking because I haven't seen the "not a pt entry" that you are referring to.
