It looks like I could solve the "Naming" as described further below.
My INFO:
mac os sierra - version 10.12.3
Mac Book Air - 13inch - early 2015
Virtual Box 5.1.26
Tiger Intel 4.10 Restore DVD's - 2 -
I create a VM from Scratch using NEW. I put in a name , for this example Mojave1
I follow all the Wizard’s steps and before i START I verify through terminal:
VBoxManage list vms
"Mojave1" {b85ad557-4df2-48f9-8d22-94eb6a71baaa}
Then
VBoxManage modifyvm “Mojave1” --cpu-profile "Intel Xeon X5482 3.20GH”

At this point I do not know how to proceed.
