I jsut installed 10.6.8 Snow Leopard onto a virtual machine (On a Windows host) and everything is running fine, whoever I can't install the El Capitan update. I've downloaded it from the app store and tried installing it. It goes through the installer and then tells me to restart. After a restart, it goes back into Snow Leopard. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I'm new to Hackintoshing so please excuse me if I'm being really stupid.
Thanks!
