Hey all,
I've been attempting to install 10.6 on 10.10 in the virtualbox environment. Did some googling:
found:
davidvielmetter(dot)com/tricks/run-os-x-snow-leopard-on-virtualbox/
issue:
The latest version of virtual box boots but gives an error. So i used virtualbox(dot)org/wiki/Download_Old_Builds specifically build VirtualBox-4.1.18-78361
has anyone successfully installed 10.6 on 10.10 using virtual box?

Re: 10.6 (Snow Leopard) on 10.10 using virtual box.
- These instructions are for Windows systems. If you have OSX 10.10, you are doing it wrong.
- What's your Mac model? Exactly, so we can lookup the year and specifications.
- Where did you get your 10.6 client? Do you know the exact version?
- 4.1.18 is way too old for 10.10.
- What's the exact error message? Post a screenshot if you have to. Look at the "Upload attachment" at the bottom of the form.
