OsX El Capitan as Guest in Linux : what settings ?

Post by NexusPenguin »

Hi everyone,

As I tried to install Mac OsX El Capitan on my Linux, I managed to do it, but the result is simply not usable because it is too slow. Even the mouse is sluggish and I can't aim at anything without being really careful.

So I wa wondering is anyone has been successful at installing El Capitan and at running it at least decently. And if so, I was wondering if that person would care to share it's VM Settings so I can try to reproduce it's success at home.

I think the system isn't at fault : if a Dual heaxa-core 3Ghz Xeon system, with 40Gb of RAM and running on a SSD drive can't handle that, then what will ?

Regards.
