Cannot Access .VDI File and Directory after Copying

Post by KLEE »

I needed to redo my MAC so I copied my Virtual Machine directory to a NAS Device, I am now unable to copy the folder/files back, I am also unable to open the .VDI file, I get Access Denied Error Messages, says I do not have permissions.

Where does VirtualBox come into play when the problem seems to be with your actual operating system? I mean, copying a file from some NAS server and getting access denied errors has nothing to do with VirtualBox.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.
