Having trouble installing a mavricks on a pc system

hello,
im trying to install mac osx mavricks 10.6 on vbx on win7 64
im using a miresh iso
and I did this
VBoxManage modifyvm "vmname" --cpuidset 00000001 000306a9 00020800 80000201 178bfbff

get a critical error after the apple logo.

I attached a rar file with log and png.


please help,
