Maos X 10.6 server on 10.8 with VirtualBox 4.2.10?

Post by michel »

Hi,

First vbox showed me a black screen.
I increased video memory to 128MB, so now kernel loads, but ends at "AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementClient:ready" I've used the MacosX 64bit settings, given vbox 1 CPU and 8GB RAM.
Are there other settings I should tweak?

Did anybody succeed doing this?

Michel

Hi Perryg,
Read it. I've got an official 10.6 server general release and I want to run it on an iMac running 10.8. I think this is perfectly legal, no?

Is it possible with virtualbox?

Thanks,
Michel
