OS X with xcod4 on Vbox

4 hey guys,
i've heard alot that its possible to install osx on virtualbox.
so if its true can someone tell me how to install 10.6.6 retail in it and how to install xcode4 on it.
coz i tried but i couldnt install xcode4 in it. i got an error of "invalid checksum".
if anyone tried it, plz reply.

Delete the VM? Right click on it and then choose remove.
