I have worked with OSX 10.6.7 under virtual box 4.0.4
all worked fine.
Today I have upgraded to VB 4.0.12 all worked fine also.
So I have checked for updates in the OSX and I have updated the
Machine to 10.6.8.
However after the updates installation was done.
I'm not able to start the Virtual OSX machine any more
and I get kernel panics and this message on the screen every time
I start the OSX (screenshot attached).
I tried to search for an answer but i can't find any like this.
any ideas how to fix this issue?

p.s.
if the only "solution" is to do some tweaking before updating to 10.6.8 or to upgrade offline
to 10.6.8 , I can try to go back to my last snapshot of the osx after I upgraded to 10.6.7.
However I would lose the info i had since then. so I'm looking for a different solution
before I do that.
