Keyboard mapping

Hey,
I finally have OSX running in VirtualBox with everything working. (fullscreen, sound, network, file sharing using smb).
There is just one more thing that annoys me, since my keyboard is a PC type keboard, I don't have any Apple key, so how do I map this to something else so i can do simple things lke cut/paste with the keyboard?
I played with the keyboard preference panel in OSX, but so far I had no luck.
Anyone knows how to do it?
