Can't install SL guest on Windows Vista Host

Can't install SL guest on Windows Vista Host

I am running the most recent version of VB 3.2.4 r62467 and can not get Snow Leopard to install. I am running other VM's fine but when I go to install SL, I end up in a command prompt window EFI Shell.

I have tried this with and without hardware virtualization (I did turn it on at the BIOS level and when setting up my SL VM) with no luck. My hardware is an Intel T9550 with 4GB RAM (Dell E6500).

I appreciate any help.
