>Technologov, so do you know if it works faster than on VMWare
Yes, a lot faster. VMware has really slow performance of Mac OS X guest. On VirtualBox the performance of Mac OS X guest is excellent, almost like Windows XP guest. (certainly faster than Vista).
The problem lies on other dimension, however, stability: I was unable to make the experience stable. And, no guest additions, which means no mouse pointer integration made the work very inconvenient.

why deadmoo's works ?
Answering that question would be nice.
Currently i'm stuck with multiple faults in handleDisplayResize...
If deadmoo's image doesn't trigger that bug, would it come from a different kext ? Which one ?

Is VirtualBox goind to support Darwin platform (or MacOSX itself) in any future?
Is it one of:
(I understeand that last one is just in my dream )
I know there are licencing problems, but I really would like to know what does the VBox team think about it.

Is it one of:
- It's not going to happen ever!
- It's not going to happen any time soon. Maybe it will happen when licence for MacOSX is changed.
- It's not going to happen any time soon, becouse it's pretty hard to do.
- It's not going to happen any time soon, becouse there is small requirement for this feature.
- It's not going to happen any time soon, becouse ....put_your_reason_here....
- It will be supported, but we don't know when yet.
- It will be supported as soon, as ...put_reason_here....
- It will be supported soon, we're working on it.
- We have it already in development snapshots!

The Apple EULA is explicit in prohibiting use of MacOS in a VM. Sun are not going to put any effort in publicly frustrating an agreement between Apple and its customers, aren't they? It would be a legal minefield for no benefit to Sun.Googie wrote:I know there are licencing problems, but I really would like to know what does the VBox team think about it.
