VM keeps crashing and won't let me start at all

I keep getting this error when using a redhat VM with a CentOS-7x86-minimal-1810.iso disk.

I've added the extension pack, disabled audio, and have allocated the appropriate memory of 2048Mb as well. what am I doing wrong? do let me know
