Isssues Starting Virtual Machine

I'm currently attempting to start my Virtual Machine. I keep getting the error message "A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped".

The device I'm using is a MacBook Pro M1 running on Ventura with 8 GB of ram. I thought that my memory usage for the VM was too high as it was at 4 GB. I decreased it to 2 GB and the issue persists. I noticed that it's possible that something ions compatible with my computer but from what Ive looked up. VM should work on M1 Macs and also with Ventura. I've attached the log bellow any help would be great.
