MacOS Monterey "restarting in panic" and "randomly crashing" problems

I have installed MacOS Monterey so that I can use GarageBand on my computer. The problem is, as the subject stated, the guest has been randomly restarting itself in panic, also with crashing that results in me have to reopen the guest again.
The problem occurred starting from throughout the installations, in which I managed to get past it. But now I can't let it be like this anymore. Please help.
