Acceleration Settings on High Sierra

I cant click ok when i correct the errors in the settings. And it bascially cant get anything to run
help?

That error message is somewhat misleading. If the "Enable Nested Paging" box was checked before, re-check it, it's not what the error is about.

I was not aware that Mac computers had this problem, but on PCs, the error refers to VT-x being off in the computer's BIOS. See I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests, post 1. Note that if your Mac cannot enable VT-x you won't be able to run 6.1.x Virtualbox. You'll have to drop back to 6.0.x.

On a Mac host this problem probably means "M1 processor". I've added a section about this to the FAQ.

I tried to drop back to 6.0 but THERE its the one that cant run vt-x, guess im out of luck for now

There has never been a version of VirtualBox for MacOS hosts that didn't require VT-x for all guests: so on a Mac, 5.x and 6.0 are exactly the same as 6.1 in this regard.
